The Root.

this is where it grows.

this is what steadies that which grows out of it.

this is the central dense core of life.

there is a root to, and in everything you can possibly think of.

or many roots...

But the root is the basic,
simple part of the whole.



I want to deal with the root.

Always.

The root is equivalent to the essence.

The essence is the root of all things, ideas, realities.

We are alive because of these realities, these essences. These roots.

These roots grow into plants, into greenery, that gives us food to eat. That give us oxygen to breathe. That sustains our physical beings.



In order to understand all in life,

we must always go to the root.

To the origins, to the central issue.

We must trace back through history,

through the process that something has grown up from the roots...
from the basics.

If we stay rooted, stay grounded, stay centred...

the roots stability will support us.

And the roots will sustain us.

The roots are connected, are based in the earth.

So are WE. So is everyone, everything in the earth.

Let the roots remind us of our connection, of our essence, of our stability... of all that we are, of all that is.

The root is real. It is the truth.
