sustenance...

that which sustains us....

life.

and then... death.

and then life again, and then death...

it's a cycle.

and it is simple.

we are all connected...

to every living thing that sustains us...

we are part of her and him, and he and she are part of me...

and it is beautiful, how connected we all are... in true spirit...

one and with the earth.

sometimes i think you can really feel it...

feel the energy.

i do...

and so i am thankful for all that i have...

i am so thankful for what i have been given...

i know it's full on...

but its all true...
